At WestCoast Farm to Table, we make our Beef Jerky the traditional way, using Triple AAA Beef sourced from Dawson Creek, BC, which is combined with organic spices, and finished with Applewood Smoke to create a Traditional Style Beef Jerky that is gluten-free.
